I wanted to say thank you for making it simple to buy the right type of bed we were looking for.The customer service is excellent and you have alot of options.My gf and I were also not rushed or pressured,this is important to us as well.The staff knows the products. Don’t change a thing,I will let people know when they go to purchase a bed,shop at mattress world. Thanks again.

I went to that clackamas store that was in the industrial park. I was helped by a man named Branden. The whole time I was there he continuely focused on me and what was comfortable to me. My husband did not want to be there, by the time we left the old grouch was happy and we are old but we are sleeping like a baby. The salesman new everything about the beds but all he focused on was us liking what we picked out. I doubt we will by another bed but if we do we will be looking for Branden.Sincerely,

I just tought you should know that I went into the store on 82nd and was helped by a remarkable young man who looked a lot like the “shhhh” boy. I have not done a lot of Mattress Shopping, but I will tell you, I have done a lot of shopping. He was the nicest salesperson I have ever worked with. He was very calm and quiet and just kept listening to all may complaints about my bed and my life.Payton is an employee you should be proud of. I am sure you already are as a mom.
