Customer Service Department

At Mattress World Northwest we always try to exceed your expectations. In real life things happen, and when they do we try to provide courteous, fast, professional service. This includes everyone at Mattress World Northwest. By everyone we even mean those people you see on TV. When a mattress needs to be delivered or picked up ASAP and it’s crunch time they frequently use their own trucks to make deliveries. Everyone at Mattress World Northwest likes to chip in and get the job done especially when it puts a smile on a customer’s face.

All though we all are a part of the customer’s service team, some customer service issues involve contacting the factory, paperwork, phone calls or a visit to a customer’s home. This happens in our customer service nerve center and falls on the shoulders of these great people. They have great pride in our products and know them inside and out. They like what they do and show a sense of pride in making sure all of our customers end up with a great night’s sleep. What makes them even more special is that they perform other critical duties for the company every day including ordering, bookkeeping, and phone call answering, and generally making everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Robin-100x100 Robin-She’s done it all: cleaned bathrooms, deliveries, sales, warranty inspections, administration, warehouse and staff counselor to friends and family of Mattress World Northwest. We’re proud to say that she is one of three people in our company that the manufacturers come to see for training on how to effectively do a warrantee inspection, how to minimize future warranties and have even utilized forms that she has developed. She has been honing her craft in the mattress industry since 2007.

Maria-100x100 Maria-She loves cats. We don’t know why, because she doesn’t even own one. But, if you get a picture of a cat texted to you, it was probably from Maria. She also is expert at keeping projects and vendors on task. She is very well organized and always takes the initiative to get things done or started. Here eagle eye has saved us money in many different areas. Maria is fluent in Spanish and able to help out whenever we run into a language barrier. She started at Mattress World Northwest in sales in 2009 and has been with us ever since.

Amanda-100x100 Amanda-Filing is where you start when you’re very young. But, filing couldn’t hold Amanda’s attention for long. When Mattress World Northwest invested in a new operational computer program a few people were flown to Colorado for special training. While they were gone Amanda read through the manuals on her own. When they returned from their week long training, Amanda knew more than anyone else. Amanda has done it all, except sales, but we have time to work on that. She prides herself on taking care of the customer and making sure they are happy. She’s been providing great customer service since 2000.
