It can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours for your new Nectar mattress to fully expand. Keeping the room amply ventilated will help speed things along and keep humidity low, as high humidity can contribute to expansion delays. Though Nectar advises waiting until the mattress has fully expanded before sleeping on it, we realize that this isn’t always practical and you should know that you won’t damage your mattress if you sleep on it sooner.
